Hundreds of U.S. investors want in on Dominican real estate projects!


SANTO DOMINGO - Hundreds of investors from the United States are seeking to develop real estate projects in the Dominican Republic, said Raul Casanova, president of Escoto Stafford Consulting International (ESCI).

“West of the capital, from Santo Domingo to San Pedro de Macoris, there is an immense amount of land available for investors to build" said Casanova in his interview with Listin Diarios. He believes that the Dominican Republic has an great potential in the real estate investments based on a demographic study which revealed a wide range of possibilities for real estate businesses. Casanova said that there is a great need to invest in low budget housing and as well as the assistance needed for those to finance the purchase of these homes.
